The McKinley Presidential Library had very special visitors today!

Mom and three young boys from New York City made a special trip to see William McKinley’s Presidential Library! One of the young boys knows more than the average 2nd grader about our 25th president. This young boy came in and impressed us all with a talk on the assassination of William McKinley, that included details down to his lucky scarlet carnation. His mother purchased a booklet I made that commemorates the career of William McKinley.

He told me McKinley was his favorite president.

We wish these boys well in their journey to better appreciate history, politics, and America!
